From the first moment I met Emily and her partner Kelly, I knew I had just made one of the best decisions of my wedding, besides saying “yes” to my groom! The pictures were my top priority, knowing the day flies by, and they would last forever.
Emily immediately made me feel at ease and beamed with the artistic confidence I was looking for in a professional photographer. Emily was passionate and excited to discuss every detail of my wedding day. She truly took a unique approach by really getting to know my husband and I, studying our style, chemistry, and personalities. Emily was flexible and tailored her photography to our vision. She captured the essence of who we are from the first engagement photo to the last dance. She told the story of our wedding in a creative and meaningful way.
In the moment of one click, Emily made each picture speak a thousand words. From my grandmother’s crystal rosary, to the funny drinking groomsmen. Emily and Kelly made the whole process a breeze, fun and completely stress free, especially when directing our large 17 adult and 6 kid wedding party. Emily went above and beyond to catch every perfect shot, while gracefully blending in to our entire day. Emily made me feel relaxed and beautiful and even got my picture-phobic groom to feel comfortable and confident. Emily was so kind, humorous and always willing to help, I felt like I had an extra bridesmaid for the day. She made us all feel like our trusted friend was photographing us, not an awkward stranger.

I cannot say enough kind words about Emily. She truly is passionate about what she does and goes the extra mile (+ several more) to make sure everything is perfect. She is one of the kindest people I have ever met and she truly became a friend over the few months I got to know her while my fiancé and I planned our wedding. Our wedding weekend would not have been the same without her! She makes you feel like you’re the most special bride she has ever worked with and really gets involved with the whole experience. She is not a photographer who simply shows up the morning of your wedding, takes some pictures and leaves. She truly cares for each of her brides and wants to help make the experience perfect. I think that is the best way to describe Emily – experience. She makes it about so much more than the pictures (which are gorgeous and drool worthy and would set her apart from others regardless) but she really gets involved and makes the entire experience so awesome. I would recommend her 7,000x over. Thanks Emily for everything!
